Inspiration

At Craft we work with monthly goals. They are part company oriented, part personal goals. This July I decided to get a lot of inspiration from clever people, including reading three books on leadership and entrepreneurship.

This brought me to ‘Originals’ by Adam Grant. He unfolds how one can create a company where original ideas flow and creativity is encouraged.

The book is 250’something pages long, so to save you the trouble, I’ve gathered some of the best tips based on extensive research and social studies.
