Though most of our projects here on Craft are relatively new, we have the pleasure of soon being able to share material from Mark Osborne’s 1998 animated short, ‘MORE’. The film is a mix of clay and cel animation and was the first short to be shot using the IMAX format. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.
The film tells the story of an inventor who lives in a drab, colourless world. All day he toils at a factory making the insipid product “Happy”. However, fueled by the memories of his blissful childhood he sets out to create something new, that hopefully could help him relive those memories and spread joy in the despair-filled world.
We’re looking forward to share material from the film. Stay tuned for more!
